Global and demographic changes give rise to opportunities where people are constantly exposed to diversifying cultural experiences.Robust empirical evidence suggests that multicultural experience enables an individual to broaden potential for creative expansion-by extending the conceptual boundaries of existing concepts though synthesis with other seemingly irrelevant concepts.In this talk,I will provide an integrative account on the multicultual experience--creativity link by discussing the myriad processes of how and when multicultural experience fosters creative thinking.
